Fear Really Means False Evidence Appearing Real

Would it surprise you to know that fear is a form of faith? Fear is faith that it won't work out, and that if it doesn't, things won't be ok. Conversely, confidence is faith that it will work out, and even if things don't go exactly as planned, all will be ok.
Fear is created in our minds, as opposed to by the world around us. The elements that constitute fear do not exist without a consciousness to create and feed them.
With this in mind, FEAR can be seen as merely a four-letter word, that when dissected can be understood as: False Evidence Appearing Real.
TIPS FOR "FEAR-LESS" FEAR
(1) Inquire of yourself, "Is this actually true?" Rather than hearing your fears, listen to what you know
(2) Let go of your fear by acknowledging it, then doing what you fear anyway
(3) Realize that at one time or another, everyone faces fear - you are not the only one
(4) Transmute fear into anticipation and excitement
(5) Befriend fear - stop fighting it and start accepting it
(6) Remember that moving forward through fear is less scary than living with the fear of dread and underlying powerlessness
(7) Choose to focus on love instead of fear (love expands - fear contracts
(8) Notice that by providing needed contrast, your fears act as a catalyst for personal evolution
(9) Recognize and feel the fear, move onward, and BREATHE through it
Underlying each and every one of your fears is one basic fear: that you can't successfully navigate challenges that come your way. If you knew you could overcome any dilemma that you encountered, what would you have to fear? Nothing! Dissipate your fear by developing trust in your abilities to surmount whatever obstacles come your way. How can you do that? Change your beliefs around fear!
